One of the things we have begun doing over the past 2-1/2 years is sales of our own and our clients animals. When we sell a clients animal every effort is made to set pricing with the client, decide on terms if any. We charge 10% broker fee when we sell an animal for a client. We do some mailings of sales lists, have sales lists at the shows we attend in the form of hand outs. We have sold many males and females over the past 3 years including some of our own.

We do agistment of both males and females that are for sale at our ranch. We charge an agistment fee and include these animals on our sales listings. We are continually adding to and modifying our sales list as animals are sold. We also offer package deals and terms may be available. All our females are sold with a breed back to one of our herd sires and negotiations can be submitted for additional breedings.
